Listen to Seniors ("the Platform") is owned and operated by Wavy Solutions (Canada), a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada.

The Platform provides a hosting service that allows registered users ("Experts") to publish content including text, audio recordings, video recordings, and photographs, and allows other users ("Members") to access and engage with that content.

Each user is solely and fully responsible for all content they post on the Platform, including but not limited to text, audio, video, photographs, and comments.

Content published on the Platform reflects the personal experience, opinions, and views of its author only. It does not represent the views, positions, or endorsements of Listen to Seniors or Wavy Solutions (Canada).

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
